To inform people of your impending live webcast, all you have to do is pick up your contacts from the web portal or from the PodCaster application, and the contacts will be informed through SMS/email that you are going to webcast a live streaming media.

Follow these simple step to enable mod_rewrite and .htaccess using XAMPP under Windows:
- Open your httpd.conf file, usually placed in C:\xampp\apache\conf
- Find #LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so line and remove the # mark
- Replace all AllowOverride None instances into AllowOverride All
- Restart Apache service
- Check if the mod_rewrite module is loaded correctly using XAMPP phpinfo. See the screen shot:

You can't easily create .htaccess file using Windows Explorer. You can use these tricks:
- create htaccess.txt using Windows Explorer, put all your rules there
- open command prompt by Start-> Run ->cmd
- enter the document root where htaccess.txt file reside
- rename it into .htaccess using command below
ren htaccess.txt .htaccess

Nothing much to say in the first day after launching the site. Awstats say it only has 150 hits on the first day from various sources. Google Analytics said it's still gathering data, huh.. I can't wait to see it. Top 2 users are coming from Philippines and Indonesia. I think Friendster is still popular enough on Asia. Should I wrote the instruction on Indonesian (I'm Indonesian)?
