I believe there are a lot of online youtube video downloader and converter like keepvid.com vixy.net, catchyoutube.com, catchvideo.net and some others out there. They do the same task, download a video from video streaming website provider and download (and or convert) it, so user can have an offline copy of the video stream and enjoy the video by their choosen file format and player.
I decide to make one free online Youtube video downloader and converter for my own use. Not too flashy like other similar sites because I hosted it on my VPS, not on dedicated server. Yt.Devzed.com can download and convert Youtube video into audio only file (MP3 standard and high quality -- subject to availability), MP4 (for PSP), 3GP (for mobile phone), FLV (original Youtube video format) and AVI (DIvX for Windows).
I know that the download speed is not too fast, maybe that's because my connection line is shared among other VPS on the same host, therefore don't expect too much on my free online Youtube video downloader and converter.

How do you get traffic from this website ?, i wonder is video conventer website like this spend huge resources (bandwidth + CPU/Memory usage)

Google Analytics stats is not too far different from awstat.
You can see that all those traffic mainly from fs.devzed (I post the link there) and this blog.
bandwidth (daily): min: 400MB .. max: 1.4GB so far
with this high bandwidth usage, I didn't intent to promote this site further more.

you see, it's unbelievably need low resources..only used 70MB memory and 0.0x CPU usage

your site only stream the content from Youtube, so, user can't use download accelerator, pausing and resuming the download and your site is more like download link generator not downloader + converter.
But, I like the search feature. Maybe someday I'll create once like that.
