Error message:
Windows cannot find 'msconfig'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.
Cause:
1. You want to run 'msconfig' utility from Start Menu -> Run command
2. Wrong value on registry entry.
Quick fix (I assume you installed Windows on C drive):
1. check do you have msconfig.exe on C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\. If you don't have it, copy from your friend.
2. open regedit
3. goto key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\MSCONFIG.EXE
4. change (Default) value into: C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe
5. done, try again using Run command.
