Try my newest tool. Now you can check who has the same IP Address with
yours. This tool is very usefull for testing wether your webhosting
company is already crowded with sites that can make your site run
slower.

I didn't expect this, but the site is run well when accessed using
mobile phone web browser (I'm using my mobile phone to write this blog
post).
Try the tool and report the problem if you found one. The tool also
have WHOIS and your IP information features.
